Receive
Turn the cup of your consciousness
Upward and let it fill with love.
No matter if it was upside down
For a time — that was then and this
Is now. Receive. Receive. Receive.

It is time to soak in the light so we can receive the blessings of the summer! The sun is shining for the longest time now, so we can fill our cup with energy and enjoyment! Experience the healing and guidance of this shamanic journey, after drinking cacao, which enhances the spiritual connection.
Arrive 15 minutes early to make nest and get drink. We will do an energy cleanse, call in the directions, drink cacao, set intentions, be guided in the shamanic journey while you receive a sound bath, then there will be time to share your experience.
Bring: a cup/chalice for hot liquids, journal and pen, anything you need to feel comfortable like a pillow, an eye mask or your own blanket. There will be yoga mats, bolsters and blankets available along with cacao to drink. If you are allergic or have any concerns, you can do journey without cacao.

I am trained as a Cacaoista by Plant Spirit Medicine Woman and have been practicing personal tea ceremonies for over ten years. I can use your preferred beverage to help you center.
Would you like to try a beverage centering ritual to help you drink in the moment? It could be cacao, coffee, herbal tea, green tea or an infusion etc. I can help you pick your beverage. I will guide you as you drink with me to slow down and notice where you are so you can be more centered. You can also use this ritual to begin your creative practices or to start a coaching session.
Please contact me to schedule a berverage centering ritual or add it on to a coaching session.
The Cup of This Day
by Danna Faulds
Drink from the cup of this day as if it is exquisite nectar. Sip and savor, swallowing only when you have tasted all the subtle goodness and the flavors that it holds. This, your holy communion, needs no priest or scripture reading. It's enough to give your full attention to the moment. It has never been as fleeting or as sweet.
