April 12: Meet Your Spirit Guide:
Meet or be reacquainted with your spirit guide through journeying to the upper world.
May 9 (Satuday, Day Change): Mother Earth:
The day before Mother's Day, travel to the lower world to connect to Mother Earth with an option to connect to your female ancestors.
June 14: Grandfather Sun:
Before Father's Day and Summer Solstice, travel to the upper world to connect with the Sun and receive light. There will also be an opportunity to connect with your male ancestors.
July 12: Grandmother Moon:
Travel to the upper world to connect with the Moon and to experience your feminine nature.
August 9: Star Nations:
During Perseid Meteor Showers, travel to the upper world to connect with your star family and view our place in this universe.
Experience a sound bath as you receive the healing and/or guidance you need through a guided journey assisted by optional cacao. Arrive 15 minutes early to make nest and get drink. We will do an energy cleanse, call in the directions, drink cacao, set intentions, be guided in the shamanic journey while you receive a sound bath, then there will be time to share your experience. Due to uninterruptible nature of journey, doors will be locked at 2:15 pm.
Bring: a cup/chalice for hot liquids, journal and pen, anything you need to feel comfortable like a pillow, an eye mask or your own blanket. Bringing your own yoga mat is appreciated. But there will be yoga mats, bolsters and blankets available along with cacao to drink. If you are allergic or have any concerns, you can do journey without cacao.

Abstract Artmaking
Guided by Cacao and Sound
with Mary Ledvina and Tina Hotchkiss
Thursday, May 14,1:30-4:30 pm, cost: $40
Join us in learning a simple way to make abstract art, then drink cacao and experience a guided meditation with sound to center. In that centered state, make intuitive abstract art with us. There will be time for sharing at end.
Ypsilanti. Art supplies provided. Cacao will also be provided. But drinking it is optional.

Tina Hotchkiss, Artist and Art Instructor, received a Bachelor’s degree in Arts and Sciences from The Ohio State University and worked as a commercial and residential designer for 15 years. She now works as a professional watercolorist, and her artistic practice is deeply inspired by the beauty of nature.
She is especially drawn to the way watercolor flows across paper, forming organic shapes that guide the direction of each painting. Tina often combines watercolor with other media to create movement, excitement, and individuality while expressing her personal vision of nature.
In addition to creating art, Tina enjoys teaching art classes, where she shares her techniques and passion for the creative process with others.
