Arrive 15 minutes early to make nest and get drink. We will do an energy cleanse, call in the directions, drink cacao, set intentions, be guided in the shamanic journey while you receive a sound bath, then there will be time to share your experience. Due to uninterruptible nature of journey, doors will be locked at 2:15 pm.

Bring: a cup/chalice for hot liquids, journal and pen, anything you need to feel comfortable like a pillow, an eye mask or your own blanket. Bringing your own yoga mat is appreciated. But there will be yoga mats, bolsters and blankets available along with cacao to drink. If you are allergic or have any concerns, you can do journey without cacao.

Do you want to celebrate the New Year with an inward connection? This journey invites you to Reflect and Release what no longer serves, then Reconnect and Realign with who you are now, and finally Renew and Rise towards the future you are calling in.

Journey to connect with snake (2025 is year of snake) then with Horse (2026 is year of horse).  Together we will shed our skin, be reborn, then move forward.

First, we will cleanse our energy and call in the directions. You will be given the option of drinking cacao which will enhance the shamanic journey. Before journey, you will be guided to set your intention for the journey,  After the journey, guided journal prompts will help you reflect about the past year, reconnect with yourself, and renew your commitment to your dreams and desires.

Please bring a cup or chalice, journal and pen, an eye mask, and anything you need to lay down on the floor. There will be some blankets and bolsters provided.
