Bio: I am a writer, healer, artist, teacher and coach. I am a multi-creative with many healing approaches to creativity, body, mind and spirit.
I have been studying how to be creative and the creative process for over 20 years. I have also studied music, improv and dance.
But I am newly beginning Creativity Coaching, so this is hugely discounted.
I write every day have filled over 150 notebooks with journaling and creative writing. I found that I not only love creating, but also love giving myself the free daily therapy that writing provides. I have been published in number of literary magazines including Paragraph, Seeing the Snow, Peninsula Poets, Harpy Hybrid Review, and Open Minds Quarterly.
I have studied many art forms including watercolor, drawing, mixed media, art journaling, photography, Photoshop, Pan Pastel, Gelli Plate Printing, and more.
My art jouranl was published in Art Journaling magazine.
I have found that teaching art combines my love of creativity with my love of healing. I have taught journaling, art journaling, The Artist's Way, Write for Life, adult coloring book play, Gelli Plate Printing, Collage, Nature Jouranling and more. I also teach individually.
I have a Masters degree of Occupational Therapy from Easter Michigan University and I am a graduate of Health Enrichment Center’s school of therapeutic massage where I also studied additional advanced therapeutic massage. I do many kinds of energywork including Chakra Balancing, CranioSacral Therapy, Manual Medicine and Access Consciousness Bars.
I am trained a Cacaoista, where I lead cacao ceremonies with shamanic journeys. I also do individualized beverage rituals with Cacao, tea or beverage of choice.
I intend to heal with every aspect of what I do.
